Our Vision
Endoluminal Solutions, Inc. is a venture company originating from Osaka University, led by founder Kiyokazu Nakajima, who possesses 30 years of experience as a surgeon and 20 years of expertise in medical device development.
Building on a foundation of 28 products brought to market and over 160 patent applications through university-based R&D, we were established to tackle high-risk, innovative themes that go beyond the scope of academic institutions. Our flagship project—a specialized disposable endoscope for screenings—aims to replace the 50-year-old barium swallow test. We are committed to transforming gastric cancer screenings for 24 million people in Japan, making them safer and more efficient.
True to our name—creating “Solutions” from the “Endoluminal” (inside the organs)—our mission is to reform Japanese healthcare from within by addressing real clinical needs with practical solutions. We strive to share this Japan-born innovation with the world, contributing to the improvement of global healthcare quality.
