Endorminal Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City) has signed an investment agreement with Yamashina Seiki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture) and held a signing ceremony.
Yamashina Seiki Co., Ltd. possesses advanced precision machining technology and manufacturing know-how, and has received the Grand Prize (2025) at the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry's "MDF Medical-Engineering Co-creation Award JAPAN," which recognizes companies that have contributed to the development and commercialization of medical devices. Our founder and CEO, Nakajima, was selected for the physician award at the same awards ceremony, and we will lead the development of endoscopes for medical examinations with this "ultimate tag team" of industry, academia, and medicine and engineering.
